"MINE BAN TREATY PHOTO EXHBITION",
Presented by Handicap International
2009 is an important year for the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty as it marks 10 years since the treaty’s entry into force on 1 March 1999. The Mine Ban treaty and Convention on Cluster Munitions have both been inspired by the need to put people’s lives before any dubious political or military considerations. This exhibition will highlight the success and the remaining challenges and needs related to landmines globally.

ADELAIDE FOGG EXHIBIT
Exhibition of paintings by Adelaide Fogg at La Rustique
Using extraordinary colours, textures and mediums, the artist came up with an irresistible combination
of childhood fantasy and sasardonic comments. Her pictures both sparkle and startle with their
unorthodox colour combinations and compositional trickery.
